1. Google Play Store Policies
- Adheres to the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
- Content is family-friendly and avoids restricted categories (e.g., violence, adult).
- Uses only approved permissions:
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,
POST_NOTIFICATIONS(Android 13+). - Collects only necessary user data for booking and communication.
- Implements secure transport (HTTPS) and follows best practices for API communication.
2. Apple App Store Review Guidelines
- Complies with the App Store Review Guidelines.
- Ensures smooth performance and responsiveness on iOS devices.
- Respects user privacy and obtains clear consent before collecting any data.
- Displays clear and accurate descriptions of features and functionality.
- Avoids prohibited content and does not infringe on third-party rights.
3. Privacy Policy
Oktours Rent collects minimal personal information necessary to process equipment reservations:
- Name, email address, phone number, postal code.
- Optional: Tax Identification Number (NIP) for invoicing.
Information is used solely for booking confirmation, customer communication, and legal compliance. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary service providers (e.g., payment gateways).
4. Data Collection & Usage
- All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Crash reports and diagnostics are collected through Firebase Crashlytics.
- Push notifications are handled by Firebase Messaging (FCM).
- No sensitive location data or user behavior tracking is performed.
5. Permissions
The application requests the following permissions at runtime (if applicable):
- Internet Access: Required for API communication.
- Network State: To check connectivity status.
- Notifications: To send booking updates and reminders.
6. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging).
- Hive for local storage.
- GetX and BLoC for state management (no external data sharing).
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in regulations, platform requirements, or application features. Users will be notified of major changes via in-app messaging.
